Just another random DL session. Smolov is not letting me plan any other w/o. Just a random thought that should move a total wt around 10000 lbs
Hoping all this squatting will help your deadlift total.

I bet the pulls must have felt good for a change. Were you working on explosiveness?

thanks BTB ... Yes, I too think Smolov is rubbing off on my DLs for good. 315 felt easy as sets progresses ... Will be going for 440 DL at the end of Smolov ... Right now it is around 430. Not in a hurry ...

thanks Jim ... yes ... working on speed, form. Will be doing with 325 next time. Aiming for a comfortable 440 lbs at the end of Smolov.

Good idea regarding the deadlifts. Solid volume, good speed and not too taxing on the back so you have lots left for squats

The squats will definitely rub off. Keep it light and push that squat!
