wouldn't sweat the missed 430 , you are working the legs and lower back a tonne while on Smolov.

Is deadlifting on Smolov optional? I thought I read on Stronglifts that pulling was not allowed. Just curious since I do not know alot about the program yet.

Nonetheless, to have a really great dead day the lower back has to be fully recovered. Your wasn't yet thru sheer effort you got what you did. You never cease to impress.
