thanks Kuyt ... Yes the first week of 4X9 was very hard. But I think I'm getting used to the pattern with each passing session.

thanks Mab ... no way I'm a bodybuilder. Infact I can't be. Just trying a different program for bench (2x week) with little bit of volume. Adding 5-10 lbs wt. per week till I'm able to get 50 reps in 5 sets.
