Chest BAR*25*01 set 135*20*01 set 215*08*03 set [60% of Paused 1RM (360)] 250*06*03 set [70% of Paused 1RM (360)] 270*02*02 set [75% of Paused 1RM (360)] 290*01*01 set [80% of Paused 1RM (360)] All reps paused. Deadlifts BAR*10*01 set 135*09*01 set 225*08*01 set 315*07*01 set 405*01*01 set 415*01*01 set 425*01*01 set Shoulder is co-operating quite well. I think I should start a program for bench along with my Smolov squat like Smolov Jr. bench. Just toying around with some ideas. All the helps / feedback are welcomed. Will try to start new program for Bench after 20-21 of this month. |
