Before my shoulder injury I was doing around 390 (TnG). Paused bench was around 365-370. Injured my shoulder in this July and was not able to do any shoulder movements (bench / OHP etc.) till 2 months. Shoulder is almost cured but still can't take chances. Just trying to getting back to old days. |

Smolov Base Microcycle
Day 05 Warm Up Sets BAR*10*01 set 135*10*01 set 225*08*01 set 315*05*01 set Working Sets 325*09*04 sets followed by 3 sets of leg curls and 3 sets of Leg extensions ... 325 felt easy as compare to same reps / sets of 315 last week. Hope this trend continues ... ![]()
