Actually I was not taking any supplement since last 6-8 months except some creatine with 4 weeks on and 3 weeks off method. But need to start Whey protein only after 2 sessions of this program. So right now it is around 2 large meals, 6-8 bananas, 8-12 eggs along with 2 protein shake. If I don't eat well this program will finish me for sure ...
