4x9 for 305 is uber. Are you going off you actual max or did you drop it a little bit?
It's a brutal cycle but you have what it takes, that's for sure. Many people say that the 4x9 session is actually the hardest, especially when you're used to 5 reps or less. You'll adjust and destroy

9 reps would be a heavy challenge for me as well as I am used to at the most 5 reps. Sheesh - 9 reps is like lifting & conditioning all in one. Good news is that you made it thru one more session and your getting stronger.

thanks Kuytrider ... I'm using my actual 1RM (435lbs) that I did comfortably in my last 3x week squat program.
Yes it was so far toughest session in this program. I'm not used to do 5+ reps with 300+wt. First set was comparatively easy but from 2nd onwards actual working starts. By the 4rth set, I was almost exhaust ... I definitely need more rest and food to go through this program ...

thanks Jim ... for me too it was like doing cardio with 305lbs ... but that's not all next week I'm supposed to do this with 325 lbs and week after that it will be 335 ... real test has begun just now ...

Yeah, torture is the right word for it
With the sort of commitment you are putting in, I believe this program will be a grand success for me.
