Day 02 Warm Up Sets BAR*10*01 set 135*09*01 set 225*08*01 set Working Sets 285*08*03 sets 305*05*01 set 325*02*02 sets 350*01*01 set followed by 4 sets of decline benching @135*15. Today was comparatively easier as compared to yesterday.
