taking it easy for sunday meet ... not putting too much pressure ...

No problem with shoulder as of now ... all the sets are TNG except last one.

Going into your meet healthy means 1 thing - PR's will fall!!

My #1 priority going into Vegas is to be healthy and tweak free.

335 paused bench is some heavy duty win Ravi!! That must feel so good going into the meet.
