I hear ya on the lift ratio's. At my last meet, I felt Bench let me down when I could only muster a 243 lb press, yet I got 440 on deadlift and 405 on squat. I accepted it at the time, but not after-wards. I have been working hard to bring it up to where I think it should be.

With that said, most of us seem to have that 1 lift in which we struggle a bit. However, any obstacle can be overcome.

Truly great lifting in here Ravi. That 20 second hold must have seemed like 20 minutes.

thanks Jim ... that walk and hold is becoming like an addiction. Just having more than 500lbs on your back is just amazing feeling. Preparing for the day when I'll be doing Squat with this wt.
