I didn't know you had a 3PPS+ Bench Ravi - I was quite pleasantly surprised. That is stunningly strong. I reckon I didn't know because everytime I look in here I see a squat session!!
Your first meet was bench only right? ![]() Just 100% WIN in here.

Actually my bench is not that strong but my Squat and DL are comparatively weak. There is as such no fixed formula but I think if one can bench 330+ then Squat and DL must be above 425. That's my opinion ... |
