A State level powerlifting competition is due on 07.10.12. Got this information yesterday only. Left with very little time to prepare.
But still there are 2 weeks. It all depends upon how my shoulder is doing ... Fingers crossed ...Squat : 22.09.12 Warmup sets BAR*10*01 set 135*10*01 set 225*09*01 set Working Sets 315*05*02 set 365*03*01 set 385*02*01 set 395*01*01 set Chest BAR*25*01 set 135*10*01 set 225*05*01 set 275*03*01 set 315*01*01 set [aiming for at least 2 if not 3 but just couldn't get bar off my chest]335*01*01 set ![]() Shoulder is reacting pretty good. For next 2 weeks will be concentrating on doubles and singles only. Please suggest how to get maximum of these 14 days ... |

Yes. All 3 lifts. In Ahmedabad on 07.10.12. Sheru Classic is on 5th and 6th.

Great work. Don't overstress the bench press. It's just the one meet and you'll smash it on deads and squat anyway
.It's only a precursor to great later performances.You should do what you would normally do this close to a meet for chest in terms of volume but obviously keep the weight to a level that doesn't mess up your shoulders.
