Sooooooooooo very close to 440. Progression from 4 PPS to 5PPS is so tough, but 440 will be owned this fall

thanks BTB ... It was very stable. I thought I could have last at least 5-6 seconds more. But don't want to do it in a single day. It was my first attempt at walk and hold. And the feel of 500lbs on back is just awesome.

Started my bench again from today ... for a week or two just checking that my shoulder is working fine ...

Sets
BAR*25*01 set
135*10*01 set
185*08*01 set
225*06*01 set
255*04*01 set
285*03*01 set
315*02*01 set
320*01*01 set

Shoulder was ok. No problems. Could have gone for more wts. / reps but took it easy. Next week it will be 330 for sure ...
