390x4 is impressive to say the least. I'd say you'll cruise past 440 on your way to 500.

reduced wt. and did some Paused Squats
300*05*01
300*06*01
300*04*01

at 4rth set of 410 bar feel some heavy. So changed schedule immediately and shifted to paused squats and did 3 sets. Overall ok. Shoulder is recovering quite fast now ... will be able to bench in a week or two ... fingers crossed ...
