Squat : 04.09.2012
Warm up set 120*10*01 set 210*08*01 set 300*06*01 set 390*04*01 set Working Sets 410*02*01 set 410*02*01 set 410*02*01 set 410*01*01 set [feels Heavy ]reduced wt. and did some Paused Squats 300*05*01 300*06*01 ![]() 300*04*01 at 4rth set of 410 bar feel some heavy. So changed schedule immediately and shifted to paused squats and did 3 sets. Overall ok. Shoulder is recovering quite fast now ... will be able to bench in a week or two ... fingers crossed ... |
