followed by 3 sets of Leg Extensions and some calf raises ...

Changing schedule from this week. Will be doing Squats 3 times per week as Heavy, Medium and light. DL will be once per week. Will give this schedule a try for at least 6 weeks. Max. squat targeted after 6 weeks is 450.

Shoulder is still not recovered fully, so no bench and Shoulder movements at least for another 2 weeks.

A sensible decision; you could do some shoulder dislocations and such...2 weeks of those and some rotations, done on a daily basis and your shoulders should feel great. Just do them as a warm-up style, basically to get the blood flowing to the area, and not push them.

nice squats , good luck in the new 3 day a week set up...
i really enjoyed squatting 3 times a week while i ran smolov program a while ago.

also nice suggestion by 5kg on the shoulder dislocations
