Deadlift : 13.08.2012
120*10*01 set 150*09*01 set 180*08*01 set 210*07*01 set 240*06*01 set 270*05*01 set 300*04*01 set 330*03*01 set 360*02*01 set 390*01*01 set followed by 3 sets of Leg curls ... so far so good ... no problem in 30 lbs addition. Shoulder is getting better. Best DL was 410 ... will try to surpass / touch it in next session ... |
