Squat : 10.08.2012
Working sets: 120*06*01 set 160*06*01 set 200*06*01 set 240*05*01 set 280*05*01 set 320*05*01 set 360*04*01 set 400*04*01 set 400*02*01 set 400*01*01 set Followed by 3 sets of Leg Extensions and 3 sets of Calf raises ... Just wanted a slight change in regular schedule ... Overall satisfied as I was able to do 3 sets of 400 comparatively with ease ..
