How do you like the extensions? I enjoy them, but I know they can be a controversial lift for some.

Doing Extensions for isolation purpose only. I do enjoy them after a good Squat session. Keep motivating BTB ...

Just wanted to make sure I don't put additional pressure on my shoulder during the lift. So checking it with an increase of 25 lbs in each set. Will check it with 30 lbs in next session.
