How do you like the extensions? I enjoy them, but I know they can be a controversial lift for some.

Deadlift : 08.08.2012
120*10*01 set 145*09*01 set 170*08*01 set 195*07*01 set 220*06*01 set 245*05*01 set 270*04*01 set 295*03*01 set 320*02*01 set 350*01*01 set followed by 3 sets of Leg curls ... Just wanted to make sure I don't put additional pressure on my shoulder during the lift. So checking it with an increase of 25 lbs in each set. Will check it with 30 lbs in next session. |
