I'm with Steve, a 370 paused bench is seriously good going. Did it feel comfortable?

Nice squatting. Shoulder pains are a nightmare and can take ages to heal up. My advice is to find a comfortable weight for bench that doesn't hurt at all, even if it's 200 pounds. It's too easy to completely ruin a shoulder and take months to heal. A couple of weeks of light stuff for it is much better than an age where it is badly damaged, believe me, I made that mistake before. Besides, you can still smash squats and deadlifts
