Stretching followed by Squat ...

[Add Belt]
325*05*01 set

[Add wraps]
415*05*01 set
465*02*01 set

[Remove Wraps]
180*20*01 set as finisher ...

Need to get accustomed to these knee wraps ... Calves almost got freezes after wearing those wraps ... Reps were comparatively easy.

thanks fen ... Yes I do but not that frequently ... only when I'm going for a PR. May be need to do vids some more often ... but you know being in a commercial and crowded gym sometimes it becomes difficult but trying to do them more often from now ...
