Hoping for 350+ and get it ... Is it time to start Smolov for bench where I've left it ... lets see ... one more 350+ session and I'm ready to go ...
The mind is a very powerful tool as you just demonstrated, you've had your sights set on this even though you were sick you Nailed It!
Shoulder is recovering nicely.

Leave your ego at the door.
Prepare. Showing up dehydrated, hungry, and tired will guarantee failure.
Be ready to fight for that grinder of a PR.
Listen and learn. Absorb everything you can, and assimilate that knowledge.

Top Gym lifts:
Squat: 415lbs
Deads: 440lbs
Bench: 315lbs

Your too modest Ravi! It is even more "phenomenal" that your injury seems to be history. Hopefully it will stay that way.

thanks OMP ... Yes indeed ... I think after a certain wt. we started to lift with our mind rather than strength. I try to concentrate on reps than wts. and most of th timsed it does help ...

18.03.2013
Squat

Some light stretching ...
Squat
055*10*01 set
155*08*01 set
255*06*01 set
355*04*01 set
455*00*01 set

[Fail ... got too low. A$$ was almost touching the ground ... don't know but couldn't get up ... problem was that we don't have safety bars in our gym so decided to throw the bar backward (Did I have any option ) leaned a bit forward and jerked it off shoulder in backward motion. Was risky but left with no other choice. Almost made it to Gym Epic Fail compilations ... ]

Reload the bar and
455*01*01 set
175*20*01 set

followed by 660*15 leg presses ...

Got my Inzer wrist and knee wraps from one of my gym colleague who just returned from USA ... Will be trying them very very soon ...

Good to see you get back up and nail that 455 straight away. Knee wraps will make a big difference to your squat.
