Shoulder is co-operating good ... 355 felt heavy may because of all those reps ... Wasn't able to concentrate on lifts as suffering from mild fever / cough and cold ... but still a good day .... Hoping for 350+ and get it ... Is it time to start Smolov for bench where I've left it ... lets see ... one more 350+ session and I'm ready to go ...

good to see that the recovery is going well.

just my 2cents for the smolov bench idea,
if it were me i would take 90% of current 1RM and start over from the beginning

when is the DL test day?

thanks Alan ... Yes I too think so ... It may be a bit taxing on shoulder if I start it from where I left ... And this time I'll be doing 2x bench not 3x so that the shoulder get enough time to recover ... And will be including a high rep set in all sessions ... lets see ...

I'll be checking DL on Tuesday but since I'm currently under weather let see if I'm able to make it ...
