thanks super Jim ... I like to do one specialty routine for a core lift at a time. First it was Smolov squat, then I started Smolov for bench which I have to left because of the shoulder issue and now since I can't do bench at full capacity, I thought why not go for a DL special routine ... As I actually sucks at DL. Found this one in Alan's log and found it quite interesting ... And as you said, we can't go wrong with BTB's program ... )

Did you get this checked out. Sounds like a rotator cuff problem. I know alot of people don't list it on their logs, but do you warm your rotators prior to benching?
