Deadlift : BTB Program
Day 01

Starting a new program designed by BTB for Alan for improvement in DL numbers. I found that program very good (but obviously). Hopefully I'll be able to repeat what Alan had already done ...

Starting the program with 455 as my base 1RM. Hopefully will be adding at least 15-20lbs by the end of 5 sessions.

Deadlift
Warm up sets
BAR*10 / 135*09 / 225*08

Working Sets
295*03*06 sets [65% of current 1RM]

Pendley Rows
135*08*04 sets

felt easy ... waiting for next session ...

Can't go wrong with a Shaw program. I like how you do all these specialty routines for the core lifts as it seems to produce great results for you.
