2 sets of squat for warm up ... 120*10*1 set 210*10*1 set Working sets 300*5*1set 350*5*1set 390*4*1set 410*2*1set 415*1*1set [PR] ![]() 100 Counts of Lunges With 100lb wt. and 4 sets of leg extensions ... Finally able to surpass 400lbs. |

Awesome squatting Ravi. Daft question: Could you not use the same bar that is used for squats for the bench? In my gym, there are 4 olympic bars that can be used for anything.
If not, all you can do is consistently hit 400 and work on getting doubles, triples etc. which I know you will get some time in the near future.
