That sucks Ravi your training was producing some very nice results. The risks with the sport. I have heard of many talented lifters getting hurt doing this very program. High risk, big rewards go hand in hand.
Once your on top of the inflammation you can start a very light recovery program just to get nutrient rich blood in the area to speed recovery.
Get healed up you got PR's to SMASH!

I agree with Alan - that Herculean squat and pull session must have made you forget all about benching, at least for awhime anyway.

Pretty cool that you seem to be able to squat 5PPS with no problem. You are the definition of progression Ravi

thanks super Jim ... Forgot my shoulder problem as soon as I started Squat ... But at the end of the day to get to a respectable total, you need all the 3 lifts ...
