Well, I just want to wish you the best with this shoulder issue Ravi. These re-occuring injuries sure are frustrating aren't they?

Maybe consider getting a slingshot as well. PM Steve, as he uses one.

In the meantime, just squat!!

Can't even move my hand upwards for some 20-25 minutes ...

Bench was going very good at the moment. May not be able to do it again for at least a week or two. Have to stop Smolov for some time ...

Hey Ravi, you say the shoulder, but could you be a little more specific? Is it actually your deltoid, or is it more in the armpit where the pec ties into your humerus?

Hopefully .... but need a day or two more to assess the problem. Right now it seems similar ...

Dave, I had bicipital tendonitis in my right shoulder some time back. Did numerous physiotherapy sessions, ice, heat almost everything I can do ... It took 4-5 months to get back to normal.

Same problem in Left shoulder now (need a day or two to actually assess it, if it is as bad as previous one). In common terms it is inflammation of muscle joining front delt and bicep.

Man I am sorry to hear about that but the high volume squatting and benching always pays hell on the biceps tendon. Rest up.
