Well, I just want to wish you the best with this shoulder issue Ravi. These re-occuring injuries sure are frustrating aren't they?
Maybe consider getting a slingshot as well. PM Steve, as he uses one. In the meantime, just squat!!

Hey Ravi, you say the shoulder, but could you be a little more specific? Is it actually your deltoid, or is it more in the armpit where the pec ties into your humerus?
