Looks like you're turning to Smolov for everything these days. Those old school programs tend to get results as you're showing, but only when the lifter has your level of dedication.

Squat : 09.02.2013

Decided to up the wt. by 10lbs on all sets and 5 lbs on last set [495 lbs]...

055*10*01 set
145*08*01 set
235*06*01 set
325*04*01 set
415*04*01 set
500*01*01 set

followed by 3 sets of leg curls and some calf work ...
Finally 500 fall but I think I need at least 2-3 more sessions to actually own it.
