Squat : 09.02.2013
Decided to up the wt. by 10lbs on all sets and 5 lbs on last set [495 lbs]... 055*10*01 set 145*08*01 set 235*06*01 set 325*04*01 set 415*04*01 set 500*01*01 set ![]() followed by 3 sets of leg curls and some calf work ... Finally 500 fall but I think I need at least 2-3 more sessions to actually own it. |
