Chest :Smolov: 25.01.13
Some stretching of shoulder followed by 3 sets of OHP ... Chest BAR*25*01 set 135*20*01 set 225*15*01 set [A 20 repper is very much in sight] 280*03*10 sets Sets 1-5 were easy, 6-9 were like I can do it ... Last set felt heavy ... may be because I did it paused ... Shoulder is co-operating well till date ... |

Wow - even after 9 sets, you have the balls to make the last set even more difficult by doing it paused. Little things like this end up making a big difference in the end. Nice lifting again Ravi!
