Chest :Smolov: 25.01.13

Some stretching of shoulder followed by 3 sets of OHP ...

Chest
BAR*25*01 set
135*20*01 set
225*15*01 set [A 20 repper is very much in sight]

280*03*10 sets
Sets 1-5 were easy, 6-9 were like I can do it ... Last set felt heavy ... may be because I did it paused ... Shoulder is co-operating well till date ...

Wow - even after 9 sets, you have the balls to make the last set even more difficult by doing it paused. Little things like this end up making a big difference in the end. Nice lifting again Ravi!

thanks LtL ... 4 months of physiotherapy and some very light wt. (2.5/5lbs max) exercise before starting of every workout no matter it affect shoulder directly or not. And most of all patience not to do any kind of shoulder movement like OHP / BTNP / Bench / DB Presses etc.

I avoided bench / shoulder presses etc. for five months from August to December.
