I've taken my last meet 1 RM of bench as base wt for this Bench Smolov program. It was 325lbs / 147.5Kg. By the end of these 13 weeks, I want my bench to move to 375lbs / 170.5Kg. That will be 50lbs+ from my current 1RM. I'm hopeful of doing this because that 325 was done with an injured shoulder. I was doing somewhere 365+ in gym for preparation. Till date shoulder is co-operating well ... let's see ...
