Ya gotta have some misses to progress. Keep working hard and it will happen. I am a bit surprised you went for it so soon after the end of Smolov, but I am sure you can't get the taste of blood out of your mouth.

245*07*05 sets [Last 2 reps paused on every set ] followed by
Bent arm pull overs 80*10, 90*08, 100*06, 110*04, 115*03

Last 2 reps in last set felt heavy, otherwise it was very smooth ...
