16.01.2013 : 1 RM Day BAR*10*01 set 135*08*01 set 225*06*01 set 315*04*01 set 405*02*01 set Working Sets 455*01*01 set 475*01*01 set 485*01*01 set 495*00 [Downward motion was very much under control ... But needed a bit of help during upward motion ... completed the rep anyhow ...] Videos coming soon ... Aim was to do at least 475 ... It felt comfortable ... so decided to go further till my legs supported ... Added 50 lbs to my previous gym 1 RM in last 13-14 weeks during this program ... Hail Smolov ...
