165x5 175x5 185x5 205x5(tricep tighten up after this rep) 215x5 Dead Lift 275x5 305x5 315x5 335x5 355x1 Squat 305x5 330x5 340x5 350x5(felt sloppy due to my back being worked with Dead lifts) 360x5(with belt, it solved my back issue an currently I still have no clue what my 1RM is due to i switched from narrow to wide to start this work out) DB bench 35x5 35x5 Bent Fly 25x5 30x5 Arnold's 20x5 20x5 Note: Tonight I see the trainer to get the go ahead for the heavy lifting with my Arms Red TEXT=PR

thank's an update on the arm. Their is a knot in the tricep and just between the front of the tricep. All I have to do is take a hot shower before an after, then ice the thing when I get home. approx time is about at most a Month.

Solid lifts man. I don't know how you could heavy squat and heavy deadlift in the same day! BEAST!
