Squat:
255x5 285x5 295x5 315x5 330x5 PR....I wonder what my 1RM is Note: weight is still light for my squat Leg press: (its a straight push machine) 450x5 450x5 360x5 360x5 360x50 Note: the 450 got to heavy after the second set, I just took a PPS off. Calf raise 250X5<-used it for 5 sets an was to light an also was a PR Leg curl: 85x5 105x5 105x5 PR for leg curls- only one place to go an that is up 90x5 90x5

thanks BTB....I think I am going to try 350 for my 4th set on saturday an if that goes good get 360 on it...an lets hope I get the R.T done this weekend.

DB work (light weight to keep bicept an tricep good)
floor press 25x5 20x5 15x5 DB bench 20x5 15x5 10x5 Curls 25x5 20x5 15x5 Note: I am working out at my buddies house so we only had limited DB's but tomorrow I am getting Release therapy done tomorrow, so i will be able to get back into the 5/3/1 system for the upper body, an tomorrow is my lower body. So be ready to see some PR broken tomorrow.

Bench: 155x5 165x5 175x5 185x5 195x5 Note: This is light for me, but I am going to slowly bump up weight for my arm. BB Row: 65x5 85x5 110x5 120x5 130x5 Note: same as Bench Note. Single Leg Press 135x5 180x5 210x5 Note: It was to light for me so I will bump weight up next time.
