I don't know...I am pretty LIGHT WEIGHT compared to the guys on this site...I mean light weight.

If anyone has worked in construction an seen how hard a brick labor can work well I did that for 6 hours then went to the gym.
Squat Warm up: Bar x3 95x3 135x3 Lift: 225x3 235x3 245x3 255x3 265x3 Bench: Warm up: 135x2 155x2 205x2 Lift: 235x3 245x3 255x3 265x3 275x3(PB) BB ROW: Warm up: 155x2 175x2 185x2 Lift: 210x3 220x3(PB) 210x3 190x3 Leg Press: 360x10 360x6 270x8/8/8 Leg exten: 90x10 90x10 100x8/8/8 Leg Curl: 50x30 50x30 25x15/15/15 Note: Tired as hell after, an why the high reps here because the rowing team was using it lol. I started to work on my form for cleans so i did 3x5@90lbs. the first rep was the worst of them all.

Rob, you need to lower that box another few inches. That's the bottom position and you need your thighs to be parallel.
