Football: 4 sets of sled push(no weight) 10 yards forward then pull 10 yards back 4 set of tire toss from side(2 from the left 2 from the right) 4 sets of aelicator(do not no how to spell it) 10 yards 4 sets on under a bar 34 inces off the ground 4 sets of 30 on the battle rope Note: It was 1 set each to make a Cycle. I threw up after the 2nd an kept going.

I play american football, but Canadian. An yeah my trian would not let me stop until I could not do anymore because I was working on the Bench.
Squat: Warm up: barx2 125x2 135x2 Lift: 165x5 185x5 205x5 215x5 225x5 Bench: Warm up: barx2 135x2 185x2 Lift: 205x5 225x5 235x5 245x5 255x5(PB, also this use to be my max 1 month ago an now it is my working set) BB Row: Warm up: barx2 85x2 110x2 Lift: 150x5 160x5 166x5 170x5(PB) Single Leg Press: 205x10 205x10 185x8/8/8(left side had an extra set of 5) Hack Squat: 460x10 460x10 380x8/8 Leg. exten: 90x10 90x10 Leg Curl: 95x10 95x10 75x8/8/8 Calf push: 225x10 225x10 180x8/8/8 Calf Raise: BWx20/20/20/20 Ab Work Out: Incline sit ups: 8 8 Russian Twist: 45x8 45x8 Rev. Ab: BWx8 BWx8 Note: This work out took only 80 minutes so that is a good thing. I am starting to slowly going up in weight which is what i need. Bench is coming alone,, on thursday I will be working a light bench to work on forum since it is a chest day. Video will be posting in a bit
