Warm up: barx2 135x2 225x2 Lift: 245x1 255x1 275x1 285x1 300( PR.No assitance, from what he said, an from the look of the video) Back off: 225x8 (better than my combine numbers) DL: Warm up: barx2 110x2 155x2 Lift: 330x1 350x1 360x1 380x1 (PR) 400xF(got it off the ground 5 inces, could not lock it out.) Squat: 135x10 135x10 135x10 Con. Curl: 30x10 30x10 30x10 BB Curl: 65x10 65x10 65x10 Rope Pull down: 30x15 30x15 30x15 Rope Pull down: 30x15 30x15 30x15 DB tri pull: 35x15 40x15 60x15 DB Flat Fly: 30x10 30x10 30x10 DB Bench: 50x10 50x10 50x10 Close Grip Bench: 95x19 95x4 Note: Felt good to have a 50lb add to the bench in 2 months, so I would grade this work out a A+, an it only took 70 min to do the full work out.
