Thank you, my viking friend.

Cycle 2 Wave 3 Workout 4 OHP (alternated w/ chins) 45x5 55x5 65x5 80x5 95x3 105x8 Chinups (between sets of OHP) x/x/x - I had to use a different station today, one with ergonomically "correct" hand grips. Threw me off a bit. I don't know why they don'tmount a bar on the wall or something. Dips BW + 5 7/9/8 DB Curls 30x12x2 30x10 EZ Bar Tricep Ext. 70x12x2 70x10

I had planned on lifting today, but they gave my dad a 12 hour pass from the assisted living home (rehabbing double knee replacement). Mom took him home to the farm for the afternoon. I'm going out. Might still get one in later, but I'm not forcing the issue.

She wasn't to good about keeping up with her therapy. Still uses a cane. Make sure your mom works at it. Teach her how to squat. Squatting is the cure for everything. Proper squatting that is.

Did your mother-in-law have stairs in her house? My mom has no choice but to do stairs X number of times per day.
