Fell of the bandwagon fo training for a while, went through a self destructive phase. Currently starting in on 531, 2x a week with prowler work 3-4x a week. 4-24-2012-PM AM Cardio-60 mins fasted cardio, 3.5 mile PM Warmups Leg Swings(front to Back, Side to Side) Stretching(Hips, Hamstrings, Shoulders, Piriformis) PVC Roll(IT Band, Back, Glutes, Hams) Diesel Crew 2 min shoulder warmup 30 Pullups(various grips) Power Cleans 135x3 140x3 155x3 (30 s/each side Hip flexor stretch between each set) Deadlifts 185x5 225x5 275x3 295x3 340x3 380x3 SS w/ Pullups-BW for 6 sets of 5 OHP 45x5 65x5 75x3 80x3 95x3 105x14 SS w/DB Swings-40lb DB, 6x20 Paused Bench 115x8 135x8 150x6 SS w/ Hypers-BWx25x3 Neck-(seated_Harness+25x50x2 BPAs-MMx50x2 Ab Wheel-BWx10x2 .Done. Bout 70 mins 4-25-2012 AM-60 mins fasted cardio, 3.5 miles (god this shit sucks) *on a note, i do this almost everyday, will no longer log it, as it doesn't look as cool as just prowlering, so yeah, 60mins cardio everyday* PM Warmups-Hip/Ham/Shoulder/Piriformis stretches Prowler 10, 40 yard sprints with 90lbs on the Prowler, 60-120s between each

OK, back at it and right from the get go, nice cleans and deads!
That's gotta feel good. Yep cardio sucks, but there you go. It's like cleaning your beard after a meal. Gotta be done.

Keep your obsession strong....and you will not go wrong. Obsession is just a stronger than average focus and concentration on a particular subject. Which after deadlifts and 2 straight days of prowlers was odd.* Close Grip Bench Press(3ct Pause)/DB Rows Barx5/80x10R, 10L 95x5/80x10R, 10L 115x3/80x10R, 10L 135x3/80x10R, 10L 150x3/80x10R, 10L 170x3/80x10R, 10L 185x3 Good Mornings-135x10x3 DB Bench-45x15x3 Neck-(seated)-Harness+30x50x2 Ab Wheel-BWx10x2 Notes: Everything felt awesome today. One thing i forgot to note, conditioning is my main focus, so i will mostly be doing required reps with 531, with workups to heavier weight. If i go above required reps it will literally only be 2-3 reps higher, so on 5's week, go to 7-8, 3's to 5-6 and on 5/3/1 week 3-4. You get the idea. Hips took forever to warmup from sitting in my van for work and prowlering. Might prowler tonight, but if not, will do a heavier prowler workout tomorrow. Feel great.
