Notes: Everything felt awesome today. One thing i forgot to note, conditioning is my main focus, so i will mostly be doing required reps with 531, with workups to heavier weight. If i go above required reps it will literally only be 2-3 reps higher, so on 5's week, go to 7-8, 3's to 5-6 and on 5/3/1 week 3-4. You get the idea.

Hips took forever to warmup from sitting in my van for work and prowlering. Might prowler tonight, but if not, will do a heavier prowler workout tomorrow. Feel great.
