Thanks BTB. I don't think all of the extra prowler work is helping my numbers any, but conditioning is the main focus the next 2-3 waves.

I'd say if regurgitating in front of little league is good times, then conditioning is coming along nicely.

Still envious of those cleans.

Great job, HHF

Solid. Leave any reps in the tank or take that to the limit?

Thanks Brute

BTB, it was taken maybe 2-3 reps short of "failure" but i add a caveat to that in that i stopped early because my low back was taking too much of the load due to my legs being tired from all of the prowler work. To think, i was only going to nail the required reps today, but just felt too good. Only 6 off of my all time PR of 255x20, pretty excited.

Weighed in at 178 this morning, think i will cut until 170-175, then it's the boring but big challenge or Texas Method. I'm making a serious run at 500lb Deadlift, 225 bench and 405 squat@sub 190 before the end of 2012

That's a good thing. Don't want to play with the lower back.

Get it done. Bulking last year did wonders for my deadlift and squat.
