Great "Light Day". May have been a C- to you, but it looks like a good session none the less.
I am a big fan of doing lying tricep extensions "rippetoe style". Here is a link to a video of Rippetoe explaining them, although it wasn't working for me. Hopefully you'll have better luck:Starting Strength: Video

Thanks HHF. Wish my body handled lighter days better than heavier days. Doesn't seem to matter when it comes to bench press.
