Just wondering if you have shoulder issues or just the way you train. Myself I put a shirt on anything over 405 just to try to stay injury free.

Nice for a low energy day

Definitely go with scullcrushers next time, personally one of my favourite exercises to do

Great "Light Day". May have been a C- to you, but it looks like a good session none the less.
I am a big fan of doing lying tricep extensions "rippetoe style".

Here is a link to a video of Rippetoe explaining them, although it wasn't working for me. Hopefully you'll have better luck:Starting Strength: Video

Thanks HHF. Wish my body handled lighter days better than heavier days. Doesn't seem to matter when it comes to bench press.

Was going to try an exercise LTL recommended but realized my spin lock dumbbell handles won't allow it.

A's will only show up when I creep towards 450.

Just old age. I spent 20 years benching with poor form, bodybuilding style. I pick up shoulder and bicep strains if I don't use a Slingshot.

All of my current benching sessions are performed with a Slingshot, even though I forget to notate that some days.
