Workout Time: 70 minutes? Workout Grade: C+ Deload. Worked squats at 55%. Trying to allow a very mild lower back and knee strain to heal. No issues tonight. 335 pound squats felt like 135 on my back. Squats 145 x 5 235 x 3 335 x 1 335 x 5 335 x 5 335 x 5 335 x 5 335 x 5 Power Shrugs 225 x 10 315 x 10 405 x 10 495 x 5 585 x 5 Goblet Squats 85 x 10 85 x 10 Plate Side Bends 45 x 10 45 x 10 Leg Curls 50 x 10 50 x 10 Weighted Sit Ups 45 x 10 45 x 10

Great job. I think a great indicator of strength increase and progress, is when what used to feel like "heavy" weights feels very light. IE 335 feeling like 135. That is always something that makes myself feel good.
Hope the lower back and knee strains heal up quick!
