Workout Time: 70 minutes Workout Grade: C- Lingering, minor strains in biceps and shoulders. Dropped the bench weight a hair and did more reps. OK session. Rack chins were explosive. Nice back pump. Again, they are all lat pull. Still tweaking with bench work. Not happy yet. Zeroing in on balance between volume and frequency. Not sure speed work is help. Might be making things worse. Fine line for my shoulders. Close Grip Bench Press Bar x 10 135 x 10 225 x 3 315 x 1 365 x 1 365 x 1 365 x 1 365 x 1 365 x 1 Bench Press 315 x 3 315 x 3 315 x 3 315 x 3 315 x 3 Rack Chins BW x 10 BW x 8 BW x 7 One Arm Overhead Dumbbell Press 45 x 5 85 x 10 ...no gas left. The end.
