Huge Squats and and great low rack deads. It always nice when you go into a workout with a goal of doing one thing and you just find yourself gaining momentum and go from one exercise to the next.
I'm sure your walking a bit funny after this session.

Those leg extensions seem a little misplaced in that list of exercises
I missed the squats, watched some of the pulls, but then had to take off. Looks like you were pulling from about an 18" bar height? That's a tough pull with a lot of back involvement. Some big weights too.

They were a bit misplaced. Once a year I play around for fun, reminding myself how much I dislike them.

Bar height for deads is about 4 inches below the knee I think. The bar bends a lot so it's hard to say. I want to get strong from that depth. It was always a weak area for me.
