Meh I'll likely never rep 300+ for reps, I say nice work!

I am liking the idea of getting healthy first too, and FWIW doing lots of chins and reps with super heavy shrugs I did feel alot better across the shoulders and upper back also. Plus it made my pull stronger!

Workout Time: 45 minutes

Workout Grade: B+

Pretty good session. I am squatting heavier each workout which is good. My goal right now is to hit a minimum of a 525 squat single each workout, and have had no issues. I need to build confidence with 525-545 if 650 is to fall. It will fall.

Did some deadlift cardio. They felt crazy easy. Could have hit 25 if I wasn't so out of shape.
