Workout Time: 100 minutes? Workout Grade: A- Back from deload and my body felt amazing. 6 days off sitting in the chair. Healed and ready. Pulled from the floor for the first time since my meet. Decided to do doubles at about 85%. Went well. Wanted a 545 double squat but it was not to be. Didn't push the second rep. A decent session. Must keep all working squat reps 525+. Deadlifts Bar x 5 135 x 3 225 x 3 315 x 1 405 x 1 495 x 1 585 x 2 585 x 2 585 x 2 585 x 2 - Doubles about 85% Squats 145 x 4 235 x 2 325 x 1 415 x 1 465 x 1 545 x 1 Good Mornings 415 x 3 - PR Side Bends 45 x 10 45 x 10 Goblet Squats 125 x 8 125 x 6
