Workout Time: 53 minutes Workout Grade: B- I feel bicep and shoulder work to be more of a hindrance/strain inducer than a benefit for me. It's just beating the crap out of my shoulders and brachialis. I'm done with it, and will leave it to the kids. I have too much mileage on my tires to kill these strain-prone areas. Tried floor press for the first time. Not a bad session. Floor Press - Slingshot Bar x 10 135 x 5 225 x 3 315 x 1 335 x 1 355 x 1 375 x 1 375 x 1 Hammer Curls 50 x 10 50 x 10 50 x 10 Bulldozer Laterals 50 x 10 50 x 8 Close Grip Bench Press 135 x 10 225 x 3 285 x 8 285 x 5
