Another sub-par workout but I continue to fight and improve.

Squats
145 x 5
235 x 3
325 x 1
415 x 1
465 x 3 - Lower back said "enough" after 3 reps

Wide stance - 465 x 2 - Vary shaky and depth was far too high

Back to normal stance
415 x 7

Low Rack Deads
Max singles in 5 minutes
495 x 10 singles
May have been sub par (to you) but you still did good work. Keep your head in the game and things will improve.

You set yourself very high standards and you have to because you have huge goals. Nonetheless, you still got plenty done when a lesser man would have quit altogether. You're never far away from a beastly session.

Yes. Picked up a few strains, and the weight still feels heavy. I'm only about 80% human right now.

One step at a time, BtB. That's a hell of a session for 80%.

Your a brave man still lifting after a comp, I tried and ended up taking the entire week off. Great day for just doing a comp and having no real rest yet!

I always take 5-7 days off, immediately following a powerlifting meet or strongman show. Steve, why risk making your muscle strains worse by not resting after the competition?

Stupidity?

My motivation overshadowed my better judgment I guess.
