Regarding the partial work. I think I might be overshooting it with 300kg, I think 280kg might ultimately be a better weight to work down. My ultimate goals are a 800kg total, approximately 300/200/300. So working with 280/180/280 might make a lot more sense, especially seeing as I'm doing them for sets/reps. Thoughts? Quote:
