That is an insane amount of work! If I read that right you are going to take off every 3rd week? That makes good sense with the amount of work put in. I am subbing to this one, I got to see how you fair. If you can stay healthy and fresh doing this, you will smash some big numbers. Tight gear in the squat is easy, its the bench that sucks (or it could just be me!) Crush it!!!!!!!

That's right, every 3rd week off. Steve and I have been training like this for about 6 months, it's been good for the both of us. Hopefully that's just the start!
